To request a refund, contact support by submitting a ticket or emailing us with your request and Account Email & PIN.
Before requesting a refund, make sure that your product or service purchase is within the designated refund period. In the majority of cases, money will be returned as In-Store Credit* and only to the original payment method if approved by management.
Note that for refunds to the original payment method, a 3.5% convenience fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
*Your Epik In-Store Credit (ISC) is non-refundable, but can be used for any of Epik’s products or services.
