Sometimes a transfer may fail due to an incorrect authorization code, or because the domain is locked. To see the reason for failure and restart the transfer, follow these steps.
1. Log in to your Epik.com.
2. In your Domain Dashboard, click Transfers > Get Transfer Status.
3. Locate the failed transfer – it will describe the reason for failed transfer, such as bad authorization code, lock status, or registrar approval.
4. Once the issue has been corrected, click Retry Transfer in order to place the transfer again.
