Sometimes a transfer may fail due to an incorrect authorization code, or because the domain is locked. To see the reason for failure and restart the transfer, follow these steps.
- Log in to your Epik.com.
- In your Domain Dashboard, click Transfers > Get Transfer Status.
- Locate the failed transfer – it will describe the reason for failed transfer, such as bad authorization code, lock status, or registrar approval.
- Once the issue has been corrected, click Retry Transfer in order to place the transfer again.
